zvoove Appoints Dr. Ulrich Bannmüller as New Chief Financial Officer

zvoove, the market leading software provider for the temporary staffing, private security, and cleaning industries, today announced the appointment of Dr. Ulrich Bannmüller as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ulrich brings over two decades of extensive financial leadership experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining zvoove, Ulrich served as Managing Director, Group CFO and interim CEO at SKAYLINK
GmbH for four years, where he played an instrumental role in integrating seven companies to develop
a unified enterprise cloud service offering. Prior to that, Ulrich acted for ten years as CFO of Barkawi
Holding GmbH, a tech driven supply chain, logistics and after sales service group, to support an
ambitious growth path. During his tenure, both at Skaylink and at Barkawi, Ulrich successfully led the
consolidation of financial planning, controlling, accounting, incentive schemes and other key functions, while also heading performance change and workflow programs that delivered significant EBITDA improvements. Initially, Ulrich started his career as financial consultant and co-founder of an Internet platform.

In his new role at zvoove, Ulrich will oversee all financial, legal and compliance functions for zvoove,
including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations.

Ulrich Bannmüller holds a PhD in business administration from Leipzig Graduate School of
Management (HHL) in Germany.
