The zvoove Group, the leading software provider for the facility services industry, has joined forces with the Dutch company Leviy, marking a significant step in its growth strategy. By integrating the ambitious start-up specializing in app-based planning and analysis of cleaning operations, zvoove not only expands its existing product offerings but also begins its entry into additional European markets.
Strengthening Market Leadership
For Marc Linkert, who leads the zvoove Group alongside Denny Hölscher, Christian Mieth, and
Sascha Alber, the latest move represents a “strategic step to further consolidate our market
leadership in the target industry.” At the same time, he emphasizes that the merger will
provide customers with a range of new features across zvoove’s product portfolio.
Founded in 2014, Leviy provides cleaning companies with an innovative software platform
that enables real-time communication, planning, analysis, and reporting of room status,
working hours, and cleaning tasks via an app. The 20-member team, led by CEO Sebastiaan
van der Vinne, is already active in multiple European countries. Leviy’s solutions are not only
used by cleaning companies themselves but also widely adopted by organizations in the hotel
and leisure sector, healthcare, and logistics.
“The merger with the zvoove Group offers excellent growth opportunities,” said Sebastiaan
van der Vinne. “Our shared philosophy, aligned objectives, and the high level of innovation in
our products provide a strong foundation for the future. I am confident that together we will
make an even greater impact in the industry.”
Marc Linkert added, “From our very first interaction with Leviy, I was convinced that we
shared the same vision. This has been confirmed through our discussions, and we are very
pleased that the merger is now complete.”
“We Have Much More Ahead”
To sharpen its focus on the facility services industry, the zvoove Group has also reorganized
its executive responsibilities. Marc Linkert will now take full responsibility for the facility
services division, while his executive colleague Denny Hölscher will focus on personnel
services and events.
“With this strategic realignment,” said Linkert, “we are putting even more energy into our
operations and accelerating our growth. There is still much to accomplish, and we are excited
about the journey ahead.”
