Daniel Hilkert to Become Chief CommercialOfficer at the zvoove Group

zvoove Group, the market leading software and AI solution provider for the temporary staffing, private security, and cleaning industries, announces that Daniel Hilkert has joined the management team of the zvoove Group as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective May 1, 2023. In this role, he will oversee key growth and value creation initiatives across Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Commercial Management, Platforms, and Fintech.

Hilkert brings extensive experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining the Boston
Consulting Group (BCG) in 2012, he founded a company specializing in digital customer
engagement. He subsequently held leadership roles at Autoscout24, Europe’s leading online
car marketplace, including Director of Product and Commercial Management. Over seven
years, he developed expertise in pricing, go-to-market strategies, M&A, and corporate
strategy. Hilkert holds a degree in Media Informatics and a PhD in Business Informatics from
Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
